Speaking of UNlearning, a topic I just covered in a recent podcast, I wanted to note that I am not the only one pursuing this topic. Marcia Conner, my great colleague and co-founder of Learnativity.org, wrote an article for Fast Company in February called “Learn, Unlearn and Relearn”
As Marcia noted in her comment about the UNLearning podcast, “Great insight! I'm amazed at how few people think about what they need to unlearn themselves, let alone talk about unlearning. Maybe we ought to UNLearn that habit, too.”
Marcia is extremely passionate and articulate about almost all topics related to learning. She’s been a champion and true thought leader in these areas for a very long time. I would STRONGLY encourage you to check out some of Marcia’s other great words and work at her Ageless Learner website.

Marcia and I have found that we have very synchronized thought patterns and you will see this in the strong relationships between many of the topics on her site and the complimentary thinking and “attitude” that you find here at Off Course – On Target.
